Agnes is a dynamic and accomplished serial entrepreneur who has left an indelible mark on the business landscape. As the founder of Crave Workshops, a creative experience company, Agnes has pioneered a unique approach to fostering mindfulness and team building through process driven art. Crave Workshops specializes in bringing creative wellness to local, national and global teams. The fact that Crave Workshops has reached over 5,000 participants in 48 states and 30+ countries is a testament to the innovative value it provides.

Agnes is also the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of 100 Coombs, Napa's first artist collective. This venture showcases her versatility and passion for supporting the arts. By establishing a collaborative space for artists, 100 Coombs has become a hub for creativity and a catalyst for the local artistic community's growth.

Beyond local impact, Agnes's visionary leadership extends to launching and expanding businesses nationwide, marking her as a trailblazer in both the creative and strategic realms of entrepreneurship. Agnes has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, education, health and wellness, retail, and entertainment sectors. She earned an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. Agnes has taught at the University of Southern California Roski School of the Arts, the Rhode Island School of Design and Otis College of Art and Design.
