I worked with San Francisco Chef Jose Calvo Perez on three of his Peruvian restaurant ventures in the last ten years. We worked on Pasion, Puerto 27 and recently a Fresca SF rebrand. The Fresca SF rebrand involved transforming a family restaurant group that the Calvo Perez family started more than thirty years into a more modern vision for the changing San Francisco food scene.
