As part of the branding and strategy for The Ortigas Group’s new highrise in Manila, we proposed engaging with a social media influencer to become the face of the marketing materials. My role involved flying to Manila to manage the entire production, scout the locations, and art direct all of the photos. The entire photoshoot was held on one day. We covered ten locations all around the city, multiple wardrobe changes, and multiple participants including our influencer, Kim Jones. This project was initiated in 2015, in the early days of social media engagement. It was the first time the Ortigas group hired anyone to represent their high end developments. As part of the content development strategy, we hosted a party with Kim for potential buyers. All of the materials and events were started before ground was broken for the new construction.
